        Sizing

        The pattern is designed to fit 15-18 inch teddy bears such as 'Build A Bear' and ‘Bear Factory’ bears. Please note that all bears are stuffed differently, and head, waist, chest, and arm measurements can vary significantly. Please see the listing photos for finished garment sizes to check that this pattern is suitable before buying.

        • Fabric – 42cm x 30cm / 16½ inches x 12 inches
        • Interfacing for the visor section 16cm x 19cm / 6½ inches x 7½ inches
        • Interfacing for the panels if using lightweight fabric –42cm x 18cm / 16½ inches x 7inches
        • Elastic

         At Best Dressed Bears, we encourage the upcycling of fabric wherever possible. Gently used cotton, canvas or lightweight denim are ideal for this project. 

        Remember to ‘bear’ in mind the size of teddy bear clothes, plain fabrics or fabrics with small patterns/stripes work best.
