Sizing

The pattern is designed to fit 16–18 inch teddy bears, such as Build-A-Bear® and The Bear Factory®. Please note that all bears are stuffed differently, and head, waist, chest, and arm measurements can vary significantly. Two Tier Skirt

Fabric 1 (Top Tier) – 18” wide x 9” long / 45cm wide x 22cm long
Fabric 2 (Bottom Tier) -18” wide x 7” long / 45cm wide x 17cm long
Good quality matching thread
Elastic – 13 x 1/3 inch / 32cm x 8mm

Three Tier Skirt

Light-medium weight cotton or quilting cotton is ideal for this project. Remember to ‘bear’ in mind the size of teddy bear clothes, plain fabrics or fabrics with small patterns/stripes work best.
